• Client Identification and Verification: Clients must provide the following documents before engagement:

  • Individuals: Certified copies of identity documents/passports and proof of address.

  • Businesses: Corporate registration documents, directors’ IDs, and proof of business address.

• Reporting Obligations: We may report suspicious transactions or activities to the Financial Intelligence Centre without notifying the client, as required by law.

• Failure to Comply: Failure to provide required documents or information may result in termination of our services.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Confidentiality: All client information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law (e.g., FICA or tax reporting obligations).

• Termination of services does not absolve you of your payment obligations for work already performed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
